Terms of Sale(ToS) — OnParty

  1. Purpose — These Terms of Sale(ToS) govern all sales of services offered by OnParty, including the provision of a platform dedicated to organizing, managing and promoting events.
  2. Acceptance of terms — Any order or subscription to a service via OnParty entails full and complete acceptance of these ToS, without reservation or condition.
  3. Account creation and service access — To access OnParty services, user account creation is required. The user undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information, and to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials. Any fraudulent or non-compliant use will result in immediate account suspension.
  4. Service description and payment methods — The services offered, their characteristics, and applicable rates are specified on the OnParty platform. Payments are made securely, in accordance with the accepted payment methods indicated on the platform. Invoices are available in the user area.
  5. Cancellation, refund and withdrawal — All tickets purchased via OnParty are non-refundable and non-cancellable, unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the description of a particular event. In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to leisure activities to be provided on a specific date or period.
  6. Liability — OnParty acts exclusively as a technical service provider via its platform and cannot be held responsible for content published by users, nor for the conduct or organization of events. OnParty's liability is strictly limited to providing the digital services described in these ToS.
  7. Intellectual property — All elements of the OnParty platform(trademarks, logos, texts, graphics, software) are the exclusive property of OnParty or its partners. Any reproduction, modification or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
  8. Personal data — OnParty collects and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR). For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
  9. Force majeure — OnParty cannot be held responsible for non-performance or delay in performance of its obligations resulting from a case of force majeure as defined by French jurisprudence.
  10. ToS modifications — OnParty reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Users will be informed of modifications via the platform and must accept the new version to continue using the services.
  11. Mediation and dispute resolution — In case of dispute, the customer is invited to contact OnParty first to seek an amicable solution. In the absence of agreement, the customer may use the free mediation service [Mediator name to be inserted] in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.
  12. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction — These ToS are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
  13. Archiving and proof — OnParty will archive orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium, constituting a faithful copy. OnParty's computerized records will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments made.
  14. Independence of clauses — If any of the clauses of these ToS should be declared null or inapplicable, the other clauses will continue to produce their effects.

  1. Purpose — These Terms of Use(ToU) define the rules for using and accessing the services offered by the OnParty platform.
  2. Acceptance of terms — Use of OnParty services implies full and complete acceptance of these ToU, without reservation or condition.
  3. Account creation and access — Access to services requires account creation. The user undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to comply with the platform usage rules.
  4. Account suspension and deletion — OnParty reserves the right to suspend or delete any user account in case of non-compliance with these ToU, without compensation or notice.
  5. Compliant use of services — The user undertakes not to use the services for illegal, harmful or contrary to good morals and applicable laws.
  6. User behavior — Each user undertakes to respect other members of the OnParty community, not to harm the image or reputation of the platform, and not to publish any offensive, defamatory or illegal content.
  7. Links to third-event sites — The OnParty platform may contain links to third-event sites. OnParty disclaims all responsibility regarding the content or operation of these external sites.
  8. Service and ToU modifications — OnParty reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time as well as the services offered. Users will be informed of any substantial modification via the platform.
  9. Limitation of liability — OnParty cannot be held responsible for indirect or intangible damages resulting from the use of the platform, nor in case of temporary or permanent service interruption.
  10. Force majeure — OnParty cannot be held responsible for any breach due to a case of force majeure within the meaning of French legislation.

  12. Independence of clauses — If a clause of these ToU is declared null, the other clauses will retain their full validity.
  13. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction — These ToU are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their execution or interpretation falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
